	BBC North West TV Visit Shawe View With Nicky Butt & The F.A. Cup in August 1996

	The reason for the visit was the BBC decided to follow a team from the Preliminary Round of the FA. Cup. The BBC would then cover the winning team into the next round and so on all the way through to the final. Manchester United had just won the F.A. Cup and so the BBC decided to start with Trafford being only four miles from Old Trafford. Alas Trafford lost against Clitheroe and so the BBC followed them into the next round.
